Sketchbooks

I work extensively in sketchbooks as well as on paper, both on location and developing work in the studio. The location work is critical for my practice and is my connection with the experience. I create different types of mixed media drawings and collages using a range of materials. It is this body of location work that I take back to the studio as inspiration for my mixed media paintings.
