This is a list of the frequently asked questions about the logistics of my online courses. Each of the courses also has its own FAQs and I link to them in the text below. • My online courses are hosted on the podia platform.   This is the link to my main page: https://lizackerley.podia.com. Here you will find my courses listed including my free trial lessons for each course.

• Each of my full courses have their own page on the podia platform sharing detailed information about the course, it’s contents, what you will learn from it and some Q&A .  The links are here:

• If you are signed up for one of my courses and you can’t log on and access your course, then please try to reset your password before contacting podia directly.  For this, all you need is the email address you used to sign up for the course.  Here is the link to reset your password: https://lizackerley.podia.com/forgot-password

• If you still can’t access your course or need to contact podia directly then you can do so via email or web chat.  The information to do that is available on podia’s contact page here: https://www.podia.com/support
